## Product design FAQ

What does “first UX, then UI” mean?

It means we design how the product works before we polish how it looks. UX research and structure come first, so the interface is built on evidence and a clear flow. UI then makes that experience feel effortless. Getting this order right prevents beautiful screens that do not actually work.

How do your designers work with our team?
